IMG 2634FULL-TIME VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for a welcoming, responsible, well-organized team player with good computer skills. Excellent client communication skills, attention to detail and a client-oriented attitude are a MUST. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging of patients, filing some prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance.

Receptionists will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary to perform their duties.

Preferred: 2 years+ of relevant experience

Salary: DOEP (36 hrs/week)

  • High school or equivalent

Required experience:

  • Receptionist: 1 year
  • Customer Service: 2 years
