Animal Eye Care of New England is a referral practice providing veterinary ophthalmology care for companion animals. For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We ask that our patients be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
We require the courtesy of a 24 hour notice during regular business hours on all appointment changes. Without this advance notice, the regular appointment fee will be charged. If you miss a surgery appointment or repeatedly miss regular appointments without appropriate notice we may be unable to offer another appointment.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance. For your convenience we offer a range of payment options, including cash, and all major credit cards, except American Express. Payment plans offered include Care Credit Payment Plan.
Accounts due over 30 days are assessed a monthly finance charge of 1.5% or 18% per annum. Any balance that is left unpaid is subject to collection fees, billing fees, court fees and interest rate of 18% per annum.
Please note that all sales are final.
